Kaffebox Profitec Walnut Flow Control Handle
554 NOK
Overview This is a direct replacement handle for the Profitec E61 flow control device (item no. AC100094-00). The flow control itself is a stainless steel needle valve that mounts on top of the E61 group head, letting you restrict water flow during extraction for pre-infusion ramps, declining pressure, or gentler shots on light roasts. This handle is purely cosmetic: it doesn't change how the valve performs, only how it looks on top of the machine. The walnut wood version is designed to match Profitec's wood-accented line, including the JUMP, MOVE, PRO 800, and the matte black Drive that originally inspired the look. If you've already added walnut portafilter handles or lever-valve handles from Profitec's customization range, this completes the set on the flow control knob. How it differs from a flow control paddle Some flow control kits (notably the LUCCA and Lelit versions) use a wide wooden paddle instead of a knob. Paddles give you a longer lever arm and faster visual feedback on valve position, but they take up more space above the group and look quite different. The Profitec handle keeps the original knob shape and rotation feel, just in walnut instead of chrome. If you prefer the cleaner E61-style look and don't want a paddle protruding from your machine, this is the right upgrade. Specifications Material American walnut wood Compatibility Profitec flow control device, item no. AC100094-00 Function Cosmetic replacement, no change to flow behaviour Profitec item no. AC500055-00 Manufacturer Profitec GmbH, Germany Installation The original handle unscrews from the valve stem. Hold the body of the flow control device steady, twist off the stock knob, and screw the walnut handle on in its place. No tools required.
Kaffebox xBloom Omni Tea Brewer
608 NOK
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2IqjPQJ-Uk Overview The Omni Tea Brewer turns the xBloom Studio into a tea machine. It docks in the same magnetic position as the Omni Dripper 2 and uses the Studio's brewer module for water temperature control and timed pours. The clever part is the drain mechanism: it works on the Pythagorean cup principle, where the brewer holds water during steeping and then automatically releases the full volume into your cup once the liquid level reaches a specific point. This means you get a controlled, repeatable steep without having to lift and remove the brewer yourself. How brewing works You add 3-5 g of loose-leaf tea to the brewer, place it on the Studio dock, and start a recipe (either through the xBloom app or via the Studio's physical controls). The Studio dispenses water at the temperature you set, the tea steeps for the programmed duration, and when the final pour tops up the liquid to the siphon trigger point, the brewed tea drains through the stainless steel filter into your cup below. Each steep produces about 120 ml. For teas that benefit from multiple infusions (oolongs, pu-erh, some greens), you can run successive steeps with different temperatures and times using the app's recipe system. What it replaces and what it doesn't The Omni Tea Brewer is a separate accessory from the Omni Dripper 2 that ships with the Studio. It does not replace the coffee dripper; you swap between them depending on what you are brewing. It is not a standalone device and requires the xBloom Studio to function, since it depends on the Studio's water heating, pouring, and scale modules. The brewer consists of two detachable parts (the Tritan dripper body and the siphon control base) that come apart for cleaning.
