Kaffebox Kinto Carafe Pourover Lab with Stainless Steel Filter
854 NOK
Directions: Put the stainless steel filter in the carafe. Pour approximately 20 g* (for 300 ml) of ground coffee into the filter. *Adjust the amount of ground coffee and hot water to suit your taste, we recommend ca 10g / 150ml cup. Pour a small amount of hot water into the centre of the coffee mound and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then slowly pour more hot water, drawing a spiral from the centre. The white dot on the carafe is the reference point for 300 ml. Stop pouring when the dripped coffee reaches the dot. Remove the stainless steel filter and pour the coffee into a cup. Enjoy the time brewing and the taste of ‘slow coffee’.

Kaffebox Comandante C40 Nitro-Blade Kaffekvern MK4
3554 NOK
The burr material and design is the proud result of years of dedicated research and development at Comandante®’s onsite coffee lab. Nitro Blade® is unique, using a high-alloyed, high-nitrogen stainless steel with a fine martensitic micro-crystal matrix. Burr Geometry has been optimized to achieve excellent Bean Thruput with a reduced Crank Torque and at the same time deliver a refined Particle Size Distribution for best brewing results. Comandante®’s click system gives you full control for any brewing method and locks your preferred grind setting into place, helping you get the very best out of your roasted coffee and repeat the results again and again. This world-class grind performance has made Nitro Blade® the weapon of choice for true coffee enthusiasts around the globe, from home baristas to World Brewers Cup champions. Every C40 MK4 comes with one brown glass Bean Jar and one clear polymer glass Bean Jar. Both are super easy to clean and hold around 40g of roasted coffee beans. Weighing in at just over 600g, the C40’s compact size and robust nature mean that whether you’re at home or off on an adventure, the world’s best manual grinder is your loyal companion. Stainless steel is the right choice to build a robust and food-safe coffee grinder. That is why not only the burr is made of stainless steel, but also the body, axle, crank and micro ball bearings. Comandante® products are aluminum free. Where polymers can be used to improve performance, Comandante® uses BPA-free high-performance polymers that meet the strictest food-safety standards. These materials are engineered to endure years of heavy use. Comandante® loves natural wood. The solid oak handles, produced by friends in Germany’s Black Forest, are both wonderfully ergonomic and beautiful to look at thanks to oak’s unique grain structure. For the Classic and Premium Wood models, Comandante® craftsmen laminate a thin layer of beautiful wood onto the stainless steel body, before waxing and polishing it with meticulous dedication. The Classic and Special Coating models use a robust and sleek powder coating – baked on at high temperature, not just painted on. Both body surfaces give you a solid grip for serious crank action.

Kaffebox 1Zpresso Q Air Manual Coffee Grinder
1054 NOK
Overview The 1Zpresso Q Air is the entry-level model in 1Zpresso's lineup, designed around portability and a low price point. It uses the same 38 mm heptagonal stainless steel burr set found in the standard Q, paired with a polycarbonate body and catch cup to keep weight down. The internal adjustment dial gives 30 clicks per rotation, with the usable range covering pour-over, AeroPress, French press, and cold brew. Espresso is technically possible but slow, since the short handle reduces leverage at fine grind sizes. Who it's for This grinder makes the most sense for solo brewers, travellers, and people just getting into specialty coffee who want a real burr grinder without spending K-Ultra money. The 15-20 g capacity is enough for one cup at a time, not multiple servings. If you regularly brew for two or grind for espresso, a heavier model like the 1Zpresso Q (with a foldable handle) or the X-Ultra will serve you better. Do not wash the burrs or inner mechanism with water, as the 420 stainless steel can rust. Use a brush or air blower for the burrs; the catch cup can be rinsed separately. The plastic catch cup can hold static, so a small drop of water on the beans before grinding (the "RDT" trick) helps reduce mess.

Kaffebox 1Zpresso ZP6 Special Manual Coffee Grinder
2954 NOK
Overview The 1Zpresso ZP6 Special is a manual coffee grinder designed around one job: producing highly uniform grounds for pour-over brewing. Its 48 mm hexagonal stainless steel burr is shaped to reduce fines and narrow the particle distribution, which translates into a cleaner, more articulate cup — the kind of result that highlights subtle flavours in light and medium roasts. Carlos Medina used a ZP6 to win the 2023 World Brewers Cup in Athens, which is a reasonable signal of what the grinder is built for. Dialling in the grind Adjustment is handled by an external ring (a Red Dot Design Award winner shared with 1Zpresso's K-series) with 9 numbers and 90 clicks per full rotation, giving roughly 22 microns of movement per click. That's finer than most pour-over-oriented hand grinders and means you can fine-tune between, say, a V60 and a Kalita Wave without hunting. 1Zpresso suggests starting around setting 4.5–5.0 for a 15 g pour-over dose and adjusting from there. How it compares to the 1Zpresso K-Ultra The K-Ultra uses a conical burr aimed at being a good all-rounder across pour-over, French press and even espresso in a pinch. The ZP6 Special is more specialised: its flat-style hexagonal burr geometry is tuned for clarity on filter brewing, and it's less suited to espresso. If you mainly brew pour-over and want to taste more of the cup, the ZP6 is the more focused choice. If you want one grinder that does a bit of everything, the K-Ultra is more flexible. Clean with a dry brush or air blower only — don't wash it with water. When finding the zero point during calibration, stop where you feel resistance rather than forcing the dial to its absolute tightest position; over-tightening can lock the burrs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZSay02PWr0
